Writers Bench Delivery Costs
We use UPS for the majority of orders as spray paint cannot be sent via Royal Mail. The couriers require a signature whenthey deliver so please make sure you will are available. If there is any problem with delivery they will call you on the number provided so please make sure it is current and correct.
Orders without spray paint go via Royal Mail and the costs are calculated by weight at checkout. They are sent recorded delivery and also require a signature.

We ship spray paint to most EU countries. We cannot sent pressurised containers outside of the EU. Shipping to EU countries is a flat rate and goes via DHL Ground. This means there has to be a road to your country! Please select your country at checkout to see the correct amount payable. If your country is not in the drop down it means unfortunately we cannot get paint to you. All other products can be shipped world wide, but may incur extra shipping costs so please select alternate payment at checkout and we will calculate this manually and invoice you accordingly.
Delivery is usually 2-3 days. Please make sure the phone number you give is current in case of any complications.
There are also certain UK postcodes that may incur extra shipping costs. In these cases we will not ship products until the extra postage has been paid.
Returns Information
We only accept returns on faulty or damaged items. All transport costs of sending faulty products back to Writers Bench is the responsibility of the customer. Once we recieve the faulty item we will have a look, discuss with the manufacturer and try to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
